What Insurance do you accept?

We accept ALL insurances with the exception of Medicaid programs/plans. Please call to find out if we are "in-network" with your insurance company. We do call your insurance company prior to treatment to ensure that we have the most accurate information and so that there are no surprises to either party. We do not want our patients to have a bill for services that they thought were "covered." We work very hard to inform patients of what they will have to pay, if anything. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all forms of payment for co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and any other equipment that is needed. We accept cash, check, credit card/debit cards.

 
Do you have payment plans?

ABSOLUTELY! We can work out a payment plan if needed. Please contact billing@lafreept.com with any questions or concerns.
 
 
Will I see the same therapist every time I come in?
We try very hard to coordinate the patient/ therapist schedule to allow this. We prefer that the patient has the same therapist.
